Rise above fear and learn like me

Yes, it is very true that fear is a fact of life but to succeed in life one has to take risks otherwise life becomes failure. I want to share one thing with all of you that how I overcome a fear which surrounded me in my childhood.

When I was in fourth standard I used to live in Lucknow, as I was living in an area surrounded by  busy market, there is no ground to learn cycling.

I fears about riding cycle one we have at home, because it is of 20 inches tall above to my height, I don't know how people make balance and drive that big cycles swiftly. But from inner side I want to drive that one.

Then comes my school holidays I visited my uncle's place in Faizabad. My uncle have two daughters and a son, They lives in Sugar Mill where my uncle works as a Chief Chemist. The Sugar Mill Colony is huge, with large Compound to play.
During eveningI used to play with my cousins. Co-incidentally they have the same inches cycle which I have at our home back in Lucknow, but it is a ladies one for my cousins. I saw them cycling daily, but fears as my height is short to touch the ground.
I asked them to teach me cycling, earlier they refused to do so but seeing my eagerness they said ok. My cycling lesson begins by my brother he show me different styles of riding cycle, how to climb and how to came down from running cycle, My fear does not goes and dut to fear I didn't tried it. The same process of teaching goes on for a week. Then my brother angrily refused to give me any more lessons on cycling. The days passes I did not over come the fear of falling, This time I  requested  elder sister to teach me cycling, she after my uncle's request agreed to teach me cycling. In the evening she daily gave me lessons of cycling. But again this time I did not come out of fear of falling. She also angrily gave up.

My holidays coming to end in a week. One Day when all are sleeping in the afternoon, I secretly took that cycle alone and recalling all those tips given by my sister as it is easy one to ride that cycle alone and you can't believe this time I get successful. And by this trial I overcome fear of falling from big cycle. I tried that cycle ride several time on that day. When I got confident I  keep back that cycle secretly and waited for the evening. In the evening I asked  all my cousins to come along with me to the ground. Then I ride that cycle without any fear. They all get astonished after seeing me cycling confidently. This way I overcome my fear of falling from Height.

"Banega Swachh India" jab hum rahenge Swachh

It is true that Sanitation and Hygiene begins at home. When we are children our parents teach us importance of Sanitation and Hygiene and we follow it. When we grew up we do the same and cycle goes on in this way.
But our country is so big that there are large number of our fellow Indians does not know importance of Sanitation and hygiene. They make houses in villages but do not make toilets. For nature call they use open spaces which is very unhygienic for them. They don’t know they can easily catch diseases as others also uses same areas as toilets daily. Not only this their girls and ladies also not safe from anti elements because most of the women go for nature call alone and faces rape like incidents. We read these types of cases daily in newspapers.

One awakening incident I must want to share with all of you that I have a servant at home. He is native of a village near Sultanpur of Eastern Uttar Pradesh. Once, while talking to him I come to know that he have his house in village but didn’t have toilet. I told him how important is  toilet at home. He agreed on my suggestion and on his next visit to the village built a toilet at home. Not only  this he even asked his relatives to do the same. In this way if all fellow Indian realises the importance of sanitation and Hygiene then nobody can stop us from making our Country as Swachh India.

Maruti Swift and Datsun GO fails Crash test,SIAM defends

Stating that car makers in India meet the country's safety norms, auto industry body SIAM today
defended Maruti Suzuki and Nissan, which had failed crash tests conducted by Global NCAP on their Swift and Datsun GO models respectively.

requirements. Our cars are meeting safety norms set by the
government."
Lashing out at Global NCAP, an umbrella body of consumer car safety testing bodies, for "scaremongering", SIAM Director General Vishnu Mathur said: "Every country has its own safety

He further said the protocol followed by Global NCAP was not designed for India and tests must be conducted based on the conditions here. Even in a developed market like Europe, crash test is done at a speed of 56 kmph and not at 64 kmph as done by Global NCAP.

"Our average speed in India is far slower. To say that a particular car hasn't met its (Global NCAP) test is nothing but scaremongering," Mathur said.

"There is no data to prove that a particular car is dangerous based on how many occupants have been killed in accidents," he said, adding the Global NCAP had issued a test result based on just a crash test.
He said India is already working on road safety regulations, based not just on crash test but after
considering overall safety related issues.
Mathur also defended the companies stating that they have not "duped consumers".

"None of these companies have ever claimed that their models are 5 star rated on safety. The consumers are aware what they are buying. What Global NCAP should be doing is to
spread awareness on safety and encourage customers to but cars with all safety features, even if they come at higher cost," he said.

Yesterday, Global NCAP had said Maruti Suzuki India's popular hatchback Swift and Nissan's Datsun GO have failed crash tests showing "high risk of life-threatening injuries with both cars receiving zero-star safety rating for their adult occupant protection".
"These risks would be significantly reduced if the cars had to comply with the UN test regulation for frontal and side impact," Global NCAP had said in a statement.

Both Maruti Suzuki and Nissan had stated they fully conformed to all the regulations that are presently applicable in India.

The festival of Light Diwali is the main Festival of Hindus all around the World.
The Festival of Lights Diwali is celebrated because this day God Rama returned to Ayodhya after Defeating Ravana, So to celebrates his victory over evil people of Ayodhya put lights all over the Ayodhya. The Kingdom of Rama, now in Uttar Pradesh. That day and today we (Hindus) celebrate Diwali all over the world.

Diwali is also important for Hindus because it is said that the Day of Diwali Goddes Laxmi came to our house. Therefore we decorate our homes with Rangoli and Flowers  and perform Pooja at our houses.

So, that Laxmi ji come to our house. it is believed that Goddes Laxmi visit those houses which she finds clean and people of that house always remain rich and no problem came in their way of success.

This festival means alot to me and my parents because this is the main festival me and my family celebrates, and I eagerly wait for this festival all year around.

PepsiCo #GharWaliDiwali film

In my Childhood we celebrate with loud sound fire crackers but as we grow and come to know about impacts of sound pollution we decided not to use loud sound crackers. So we use crackers without sound.
This Diwali I will visit to my place back to Lucknow as I am leaving in Delhi and Enjoy the Festival along with my Sisters and Parents. Meets Friends as they are also coming to Lucknow for the festival. I am planning to meet some of my school friends this Diwali as they are planning to visit our School on the next day of Diwali after long years to leaving the school.

We have also decided to cut our expenditure on fire crackers on this Diwali because due to no China Cracker drive by Our PM Narendra Modi Ji under Make In India Programme the cost of Indian Branded fire Crackers increases and it goes much costlier then it was last year. So, we will only celebrate with few crackers with no sound and lit up more lights to celebrate this Diwali. So, Enjoy Diwali safely Wish You All A Very Happy Diwali.

Indians among top property buyers in Dubai

Indians constitute a dominating group while buying real estate in Dubai, having invested
nearly AED 10.5 billion during the first half of this year,
says a report.
Between January and June 2014, Indians, British,
Pakistanis and GCC investors accounted for around four-fifths
of all real estate transactions in Dubai.

Property consultant Knight Frank, citing data from Dubai
Land Department, said in the first half of 2014, a number of
key nationalities including India dominated real estate
investment activity in the emirate.
During January-June 2014, Indians invested close to AED
10.5 billion in the emirate, while British and Pakistani
nationals spent AED 5.8 billion and AED 4.5 billion,
respectively.
Meanwhile, UAE nationals purchased AED 12.6 billion worth
of property in H1 2014 -- almost double the amount spent by
Saudis (AED 3.4 billion), Qataris (AED 1.5 billion), Kuwaitis
(AED 839 million), Omanis (AED 482 million) and Bahrainis (AED
247 million) combined.
Overall, the total amount invested in the emirate's
property market in the first half of 2014 was AED 50 billion,
equivalent to 44 per cent of the sum spent in 2013 as a whole,
suggesting that, by last year's standards, real estate
investment activity has softened in the first half of 2014.
However, the mainstream residential market is
outperforming the prime segment in Dubai, mainly because these
segments are very popular among western expatriates and
continue to see healthy demand, Knight Frank, in its Autumn
2014 Dubai Residential Insight Report said.
Secondly, the new mortgage caps had a lesser impact on
the mainstream segment and demand situation continued to be
robust because of Dubai's strong economic conditions and
buoyant labour market.
"We expect demand to outstrip supply in the short-term,"
the report said, adding that "the mainstream residential
segment is anticipated to outperform prime over the next 12
months"

parent Suzuki Motor Corp in Indian rupees instead of Japanese
yen to insulate from forex fluctuations.
Addressing shareholders at its annual general meeting,
Maruti Suzuki India (MSI) Chairman R C Bhargava said in order
that the company is "not exposed to the variation in the
exchange rate which has been happening in the past", royalty
to Suzuki for all future models will be in Indian rupees
instead of yen on the current models.
He did not specify what the future models would be but
according to company officials it could be those upcoming
products on which Maruti is yet to sign a technical agreement
with the parent.
Bhargava said with the company enhancing its research and
development capabilities and playing greater role in joint
product development with Suzuki, the royalty payout will also
decrease.
"More and more R&D work will be done in India and royalty
calculation will be based on work done here and our
expenditures on R&D will be rewarded in the form of reduced
royalty," he added.
In the first quarter ended June 30, 2014, MSI had paid
royalty of Rs 689 crore, which was 6.2 per cent of net sales.
MSI expects the royalty paid to parent Suzuki Motor Corp
to come down starting with its upcoming compact SUV as its
engineers enhance their role in the joint development of
future products.
The company, which is investing Rs 2,000 crore on a
research and development facility, including a test track at
Rohtak in Haryana, will enter the SUV segment early next year.
"Maruti has not been present in the SUV segment and
Suzuki Japan has been aware of it. Early next year we will
launch our SUV and a compact SUV will follow a year later.
With these we will have sizeable presence in the SUV segment
and fill unutilised capacity at Gurgaon and Manesar plants,"
Bhargava said.
On the Gujarat plant, Bhargava urged the shareholders to
exercise their franchise favourably in the voting that is to
take place sometime next month to let Suzuki own and invest at
the facility.
He reiterated that it was a win-win situation and would
enable MSI to invest on strengthening sales and after sales
network and enhancing R&D capability.

Kareena did not enjoy going to school

Chameli of bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor says she did not like going to school as she felt left out for being an average student.

The 33-year-old actress, who is UNICEF's celebrity advocate for education in India, said as a kid she
would not get any attention from her teachers for not being a front bencher.

"My mother used to wake me up for school at 6 AM... I used to tell her 'one hour more please'. At the age of 10, I used to feel the pressure that I had the heaviest school bag ever.
I used to sleep in the class and was not given much attention in the class as I was an average student.

"Front benchers got all the attention. I used to feel left out and tell my mother that I will study at home or watch a movie," Kareena told reporters here.

The 'Singham Returns' star was in the Capital to launch Child Friendly Schools and Systems (CFSS) package. It highlights the need to keep continuous focus on the Right of

Education.

The programme is designed to enable all children to benefit from child-friendly and inclusive learning environment.
Kareena had also visited child friendly schools in Rajasthan with UNICEF
and her perception about the institution of education changed.
"I visited one such school early this year and was overwhelmed when I walked into it. The friendly environment and the happy faces of boys and girls made me feel at 33 to go back to school. I wanted to be there and wanted to study and play games with them.

"The students were interacting with such creative tools and teachers were giving attention to each one
of them," she said.

The actress feels that activity-based learning should be introduced to schools.
"Activity-based learning keeps the child engaged. It makes thing easy. They want to learn and they have the expression of curiosity and with such activities they learn faster. They were using crafts and tools to learn and that made a lasting impact on me," she added.

Kareena, who did her schooling from Mumbai, says education is important.

"Education provides them knowledge and courage. Tremendous progress has been made in the field of education for children in India. But our main challenge lies in the quality of
education. There are many children in school but they are not learning because they don't get the requisite attention.
Teacher is as important as a mother," she said.

Kareena said she next plans to visit Uttar Pradesh, Bhopal and Chhatishgarh as part of the UNICEF's education initiative.

Jan Dhan Yojana Launched by Narendra Modi

Narendra Modi unveiled the government's ambitious financial inclusion scheme Jan Dhan Yojana today and said it would help remove the 'financial untouchability' that the poor of the country have had to suffer since Independence.
After officially launching the scheme, Modi noted that a number of records were being broken by the scheme for various reasons.
"In the history of the insurance sector, there may not have been so many accident insurances issued in a day," Modi said.
Modi announced an additional initiative during the launch of the scheme.
"Whoever opens bank accounts by 26 January 2015 will get an additional Rs 30,000 as life insurance above the Rs 1 lakh provided as accident insurance," Modi said.
While briefly mentioning the failed goals of nationalising banks in 1969, Modi noted on how little the country had progressed when it came to financial inclusion.
"After 68 years of Independence, not even 68 percent of population has access to these facilities. One feels the objective behind the nationalisation of banks has failed," he said.
Harking back to Mahatma Gandhi and his quest to abolish social untouchability, Modi likened the Jan Dhan Yojana to an attempt at banishing 'financial untouchability' from the country.
"We must remove financial untouchability to free India from poverty," the prime minister said.
"In villages even now women in rural areas struggle to save. But if man of the house has a vice then she has to worry about hiding it. With this scheme women now have a place to save their money," he said.
The prime minister spoke of freeing the poor of the 'vicious cycle' that is taking loans from money lenders.
"The moment a man takes a loan from a moneylender he heads towards financial ruin. It can destroy his family," Modi observed.
While talking about the RuPay card, Modi said that Indians should take pride and work towards bringing the indigenous card on par with global cards like Visa and Mastercard in terms of credibility.
"This scheme will help bridge the gap between the rich and the poor, allowing the poor to feel equal to the rich with the use of this card," he said.
The prime minister said that as per Indian scriptures say it's the state's responsibility to ensure financial inclusion and the various facets of the Jan Dhan Yoajan scheme will also help the government battle corruption by linking welfare schemes to bank accounts allocated under this scheme.
Modi also said that the achievement of successfully launching the Jan Dhan Yojana will boost the confidence of not only employees of the banking sector but of those across government departments and will help the Centre achieve any future schemes planned on a mission mode.
The mandate of the scheme, first announced in the prime minister's Independence Day speech, is to provide basic banking facilities to the country's poor. As part of the program, sections of the population so far excluded from the banking sector will be able to open basic savings accounts, have access to debit cards, credit remittance facilities, insurance, pension and a host of other services.
Mobile banking facilities will also be available. Now, the poor would be able to do normal bank transactions through non-smart phone as well because of introduction of new technology introduced by National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI). A person can transfer funds, check balance through a normal phone. However, this facility was limited only to smart phones so far.
As part of the scheme, citizens will get a RuPay card, a bank account, and Rs 1 lakh in accident insurance.
To mark the launch of the Jan Dhan Yojana, the central government, together with various public sector banks is hosting 77,852 camps to educate the masses on various banking procedures, said Financial Minister Arun Jaitley.
The scheme was simultaneously launched at multiple places by 20 Chief Ministers, several Union Ministers, including Information Minister Prakash Javadekar at Pune, Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad at Chennai, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj at Bhopal, Home Minister Rajnath Singh at Lucknow and HRD Minister Smriti Irani at Surat.
"We were hoping to reach 1 crore people today but statistics indicate we will reach 1.5 crore people," Jaitley said. He also announced that the government is targetting reaching 7.5 crore people by 26 January, 2015.
