Skin becomes oily because we eat oily food. So, if a person with oily skin does not want pimples on his face then he or she has to avoid oily foods. As oily foods causes pimples to oily skins. Pimples if not treated properly can cause spot on the faces.
I must want to add one thing that my younger brother is facing problem of Pimples. Rise above fear and learn like me
Yes, it is very true that fear is a fact of life but to succeed
in life one has to take risks otherwise life becomes failure. I want to share
one thing with all of you that how I overcome a fear which surrounded me in my
childhood.
When I was in fourth standard I used to live in Lucknow, as I was
living in an area surrounded by busy
market, there is no ground to learn cycling.
I fears about riding cycle one we have at home, because it is of 20 inches tall above to my height, I don't know how people make balance and drive that big cycles swiftly. But from inner side I want to drive that one.
Then comes my school holidays I visited my uncle's place in Faizabad. My uncle have two daughters and a son, They lives in Sugar Mill where my uncle works as a Chief Chemist. The Sugar Mill Colony is huge, with large Compound to play.

During evenings I used
to play with my cousins. Co-incidentally they have the same inches cycle which I
have at our home back in Lucknow, but it is a ladies one for my cousins. I saw
them cycling daily, but fears as my height is short to touch the ground.
I
asked them to teach me cycling, earlier they refused to do so but seeing my
eagerness they said ok. My cycling lesson begins by my brother he show me different styles of riding cycle, how to climb and how to came down from
running cycle, My fear does not goes and dut to fear I didn't tried it. The same process of teaching goes
on for a week. Then my brother angrily refused to give me any more lessons on
cycling. The days passes I did not over come the fear of falling, This time I requested
elder sister to teach me cycling, she after my uncle's request agreed to
teach me cycling. In the evening she daily gave me lessons of cycling. But
again this time I did not come out of fear of falling. She also angrily gave
up.
My holidays coming to end in a week. One Day when all are sleeping in the afternoon, I secretly took that cycle alone and recalling all those tips given by my sister as it is easy one to ride that cycle alone and you can't believe this time I get successful. And by this trial I overcome fear of falling from big cycle. I tried that cycle ride several time on that day. When I got confident I keep back that cycle secretly and waited for the evening. In the evening I asked all my cousins to come along with me to the ground. Then I ride that cycle without any fear. They all get astonished after seeing me cycling confidently. This way I overcome my fear of falling from Height.

"Banega Swachh India" jab hum rahenge Swachh
It is true that Sanitation and Hygiene begins at home. When we are children
our parents teach us importance of Sanitation and Hygiene and we follow it. When
we grew up we do the same and cycle goes on in this way.
But our country is so big that there are large number of our fellow
Indians does not know importance of Sanitation and hygiene. They make houses in
villages but do not make toilets. For nature call they use open spaces which is
very unhygienic for them. They don’t know they can easily catch diseases as
others also uses same areas as toilets daily. Not only this their girls and
ladies also not safe from anti elements because most of the women go for nature
call alone and faces rape like incidents. We read these types of cases daily in
newspapers.
One awakening incident I must
want to share with all of you that I have a servant at home. He is native of a
village near Sultanpur of Eastern Uttar Pradesh. Once, while talking to him I
come to know that he have his house in village but didn’t have toilet. I told
him how important is toilet at home. He
agreed on my suggestion and on his next visit to the village built a toilet at
home. Not only this he even asked his
relatives to do the same. In this way if all fellow Indian realises the
importance of sanitation and Hygiene then nobody can stop us from making our
Country as Swachh India.
